dialer questions

i have a mogul and i want to install the touch dialer, do i need to uninstall anything or turn my phone off first? right now i only have the original dialer that came with the phone. also i was looking for something that makes the phone vibrate when u press the buttons on the dialer but i cant seem to find it. can anybody help me out? thanks i appreciate any help.

sorry for posting in the wrong section. ok but i just installed the touch dialer and it worked fine i didnt have to turn the phone off first or anything. in case anybody else has this problem.

ok ive recently been using m&m marshall dialpad skin black and i really like the look of it but the only thing ive noticed that dont work is when it shows the last call on the dial pad screen and u try and press the talk button it wont dial the last call showing. you have to go into recent calls and dial it from there. does anybody know of a fix for this? heres the link in case yall wanna get it. http://www.marshallskins.ilbello.com...gory.php?id=20

Dialing the last number called is an issue with all of the dialers on the Mogul, other than the HTC one. I tried all my favorites from my WM5 days on the PPC6700 with no luck. Unless you are planning on dropping back to WM5 with Sampsons Mogul Rom, I would suggest sticking with the HTC dialer or considering figuring out the image files to skin it, in the event that you do not like the look. (note to self... search HTC dialer skinning)

yea that htc dialer was nice the only thing about it is that u cant go into epst with it because it dont have the talk button on the screen. thats why i uninstalled it. but that marshall dialpad is nice. the only thing is that button that dont work to callback the last number. oh well i guess its not that bad. i really like the look of it.

oh and the vibrate keys i guess only works better with wm5 right? i put it on my mogul but when id dial the keys vibrated for a little too long and then my numbers got dialed real slow. damn i really wanted that too but i dont think itll work right for wm6 unless somebody knows of something else that does work. thanks though.
