Dialing the last number called is an issue with all of the dialers on the Mogul, other than the HTC one. I tried all my favorites from my WM5 days on the PPC6700 with no luck. Unless you are planning on dropping back to WM5 with Sampsons Mogul Rom, I would suggest sticking with the HTC dialer or considering figuring out the image files to skin it, in the event that you do not like the look.
