You can do it in paint.net pretty easily. I just inverted the colors and played with the levels to make the image wash out, then i saved as a new file named mask. I'll put something together and post it here. Photoshop as i recall has a 'create layer mask' function. You could save that layer as a new image and use it as a mask.

I want to change the sprint TV icon on the quicklauncher to be the calendar icon that is used on the cube, is this possible and how exactly would i go about this transformation?

download the .zip files, extract to your computer, move the extracted .cab files to your ppc device, from you ppc click on the files and begin to install. after you install the cube.cab reset your device and it should work.

what else you guys wanna run in ur today screen? the title says Sprint touch quicklauncher today plugin, means what you have circled in yellow that what this post its all about.

hey duck thanks for posting this i just have one problem. i edited the xml for the icons to do what i wanted but the search icon and tv icon are just black boxes. i made the search i edited it to live search and the tv for tcpmp. any ideas.

Yeah anyone who downloaded his xml will get that. The icon names were changed, but icons were not included in the zip file.
