I think you guys are missing this point. Emphasis on the words "next".

That could mean new productions of the current Mogul will have 128MB OR the Moguls replacement.

Either way I'll be getting either one for free.

I'll meet you by a Sprint store at 1am when they get the new batch and a whole bunch of us will get the Mogul II for free!

A mogul with these software issues resolved and 128mb of RAM would be the perfect phone for me.

The more I think about the the touch, the less I like it
