its in your "programs" folder. its titled "HTCActionScreen" its icon looks like a running program window. I know for some reason yesterday I didn't think about it installing directly into the "programs" folder... I guess its because all the other skins directly affected another program, while this was a new program all together. anyway the only way to benefit from using htc action screen is to assigned it to a shortcut.... maybe a button shortcut or a todayscreen shortcut... The HTC Action Screen is just a HTC Touch inspired shortcut screen from what I can tell.. it just has quick shortcuts to send a email, sms, add appointment, add task, add note, or add a contact. so the benifit is instead of making a shortcut for just one of these features you can use this handydandy htc action screen to quickly access any of these. personally... I don't think I'll ever really use its features because I'm so used to accessing these files another way... but I'll keep it just to go along with this "touch" theme I'm so into..

If you are using windows live for your email accounts DO NOT INSTALL the 10 buton one!!! The 10 button includes a "Microsoft push-email" button that will cause windows live to not be able to sync to the server. I spent an hour on the phone with tech support and emailed MS and the only thing I could do to get it back was a hard reset. I've installed the 8 button and every thing is fine.
