how do i get started on this web site for my treo palm, i need to know how to put push to talk or walkie talkie, can any one help

You may have better luck on the Treo portion of this site. This section is dedicated to using a phone by HTC called the Titan (or Mogul or PPC6800, depending on carrier). Here's a link for you:

Download a program called "Wavepad" for free and create your own ringtones. Add your finished product to your micro SD card and set your finished product as your desired ringtone.
