the update is gone from htc's site again. the first time it was pulled, i saw it back a day or two later. just checked and version on htc's site is 2.09.651.3

can you give a link cause the link in the first post leads to 2.16 just tried it

No, it is not gone. This has been posted already.

Apparently HTC can't keep their stuff together and theyt have 2 sites for the American region. One of them has the new ROM, the other one has the 2.09 ROM.

I just checked the link, the 2.16 ROM is there.

Darn. I thought I had a good anomaly going here and you went and blew it for me.

Okay, so I'm really stuck, because I hate the Mogul with 2.09 on it. I have a bug with it that with my screen blanked out, when I pull the Mogul out of the case, and the keyboard slides just a bit, even though the screen is off the rotation occurs anyway. Thus, when I am expecting portrait it is in landscape. This is a problem when the phone rings, because the buttons appear in landscape but they are actually in portrait, so I cannot answer the call until the screen returns to portrait mode. It went away with the 2.16 ROM. I hated that enough that I actually quit using the Mogul before. Anybody else see this problem? Maybe my unit is defective? If so, it'll be the second one that has had a problem. Doesn't give me the warm fuzzies I tell you.

Are you sure it was the ROM's fault? Does your case have a magnet on it? I'm saying this because the same thing happened to me only to find out it was the magnet on my carrying case screwing it up.

Once again, wrong thread. This thread is discussing the newest Sprint ROM.

Run a search of the site, it has been discussed many times how to do that.

I haven't been getting anymore lock ups today since I changed the roaming settings. Ill test it on the way to work in the morning on the subway.

Phone ---> Options ---> Services ---> Roaming ---> "Sprint Only"

Every since i have updated the new 2.16 ROM my signal bar that the top has not been updating constantly as it would in the past with the old 2.09 ROM. has anyone else noticed this? If so, does anyone have a reason why or a fix for this? Thanks in Advance.
