No Live email alert

Sounds like something is wrong with the software, if a hard reset and re-setting up of email doesn't work, then I would get it replaced. There should be no reason why one email account would give you alerts and another would not if they are both setup in the same messaging app.

Turns out it wouldn't let me reply to messages either. I think it may have had something to do with it being a live mail account. The person in the Verizon store said that you might have to have the premium email?? Anyway I gave up and its on its way back to Verizon. I'm going to get the Storm when my upgrade gets reset.
