Re: Stuck buttons

HTC warranties their phones for 1 year at least so you should easily be able to replace it though them if Verizon won't help facilitate an exchange.

Re: Stuck buttons

I have already replaced my phone once with Verizon due to my send key being stuck. My windows key on my "like new" replacement just went out, called yesterday, Lady somehow thought pulling the battery for 10 seconds to reset would help fix this???? anyway, replacement on its way for tomorrows delivery.

Sorry you had to go through that but you just made my day with that tale. Hilarious. You should've told her to try it while standing on one foot and crossing her eyes.

It gets better....

So I received my replacement phone.... VZW decided I would prefer a TP2 instead of my Imagio. Called them back, requested them to send a replacement IMAGIO. Today I received the imagio which is now missing the cover/overlay for the light sensor in the upper right corner you can see right into the sensor which is white by the way; (this is straight out of the box) buttons work though I have another one on the way for tomorrow. Can't wait to see what I'll get this time!

This will be phone number 3 over a 4 day period, thank you fedex for your overnight shipping. Now only if VZW could be as accurate and efficient....

fyi... I have requested from the store to replace with a new (not like new) phone, they say they had them in stock but since it has been more than 30 days from purchase of the phone I have to get a refurb. Same story when calling into customer support center. Anyone know how to get them to give me a NEW phone?

Thanks

Re: Fail

Just got my Imagio 2 weeks ago. I'm sorta nervous now after reading all these types of posts
On a different note - what kind of screen protector are you using? It looks like a great fit and installation job. Do you like it and how's it holding up to wear and tear?
