Re: TF3D Screen Rotation Solved - All Screens!
Question, I stopped using TF3D 2.0 that came stock on Imagio and was using 2.5.2011 build but I decided return to original 2.0 build because of the amount of space it used.... My issue is that I cant remember how to get home tab to go full screen, all other tabs is fine.
Any one can help me?

Re: TF3D Screen Rotation Solved - All Screens!
So, I used TC and entered (I think correctly) the listed statements, changed 1 to 0, etc., but no change on my Imagio. These are the steps I took.
I found the files (IE HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila ). At the top was the option to '+Add value+'. When I open that, it opens a screen that allowed me to choose 'string', and name 'new value #1'. I changed 'new value #1' to read 'EnableLandscape', and then hit 'OK'. it then asked for contents for <EnableLandscape>, I entered 'true'. And I did the soft reset, I took cover off battery and lightly pressed the red button. Is this the correct process to entering and editing these? Or did I miss something? Again, I am using TotalCommander. Please help, I would love to be able to rotate my screen to landscape and have it look like it was designed to do that. Uhmm, this does change the TF3D home screen, music, contacts, etc, so that when the gSensor pickes up the rotation of the unit, it rotates screens to landscape mode, right? Edit - I noticed the 'M' in one of the strings was capitilized, which I didn't do, will see if that works. Edit again - Yup, that was it, but now it only rotates to the left (counterclockwise) - will check for that. One more edit - I see that this is a normal issue. I can live with it! I use it to play music at my desk, so having it rotate where I use the kickstand to prop it up is actually great! Last edited by jabson; 03-02-2010 at 08:02 PM. Reason: status update |
