Or you can try deleting the cache...

Application Data\HTC\databases\forcast_cache.db

Seems like you're having a different problem than some others and myself. Regardless of the PRL number, as long as your banner says Verizon Wireless, on the left side, not just the logo on the right side of the manila homescreen, it should work. If not it should work with WiFi.

OK, got it fixed after i did a cold reset. must have had some glitch.

I have the same prob. whats a cold reset??. i thought there were only 2 , A HARD RESET AND A SOFT RESET

It's a cold hard reset, not a warm soft one.
