VZW Imagio $229.99 with 1 year contract?

So I went to price it out online, and I noticed that it's only $30 more expensive to get a 1 year contract with the phone. Is this showing up for everyone else, or is it just me and my discount?

Also, does anyone know how long it takes Verizon to process contract cancellations? I turned in my TP2 yesterday and my account still shows that I'm on for 2 years, and I can't order until I'm off of it
