VZW Imagio $229.99 with 1 year contract?
 

So I went to price it out online, and I noticed that it's only $30 more expensive to get a 1 year contract with the phone. Is this showing up for everyone else, or is it just me and my discount? :D

Also, does anyone know how long it takes Verizon to process contract cancellations? I turned in my TP2 yesterday and my account still shows that I'm on for 2 years, and I can't order until I'm off of it :(

No, im showing 199.99 with a 2 year contract
and 269.99 with A 1 year contract.
If you can get into a 1 year contract for only 30 dollars more Id jump on that.

I was seeing the same price and I keep thinking how much money I will save buy being able to upgrade after one year instead of having to pay full retail .... one year is the ONLY way to go unless you plan on keeping that thing for 2 fulls years. I cant imagine having the same device for a full 2 years , yikes!

I had the choice to get the TP2 for $179 for a 1 year or $149 for a 2 year and the imagio is $229 for a 1 year or $199 for a 2 year. I went with the TP2 :D

Yeah you got a company discount rate or something. Mine was $229 for 1 year as well through my corporate account. That's the way I went. WM7 should be out right about that time and we will be seeing a whole slew of new hardware with specs to support that so I wanted to be available to switch anytime after that.
