why epst not open in Teya ROM please help??

I flash my imagio to Teya 2.2 ROM ,I try now to edite EPST but it not open >>
I try ##778 ,##778# but both not working also I try to serch in windows folder to run it munualy but i didn't find it >>>
I think it's from ROM ir self !!!!
Can any body help me in this??

Probably it was not included in the ROM? Hopefully, someone JMart answers the post in the Teya ROM thread.

More than likely, that's all it is, but I will know for sure once I get everything set backup
