Inactive threads / dead dlinks!

As of today i have locked and removed dead links from several threads. if you members notice anymore please pm me as i will be trying to do some house cleaning around here now that i am on staff. i think were overdue for this on ppc.

Devs, if you plan on renewing your links or updating your roms please let me know.
