Well for me it's not that easy...I have to disable my antivirus through our server...I did do it...run the program and then reset the antivirus...all is good and now I am a flashing fool... thanks for the encouragement...to do this...

Also, if you are at work behind your work firewalls and network security, disabling Norton on your local machine does not reduce your protection. Especially for the five minutes it takes to run HSPL. When you are finished re-enable and away you go.
