background light stuck on 10seconds, wont change!

I have ran onto that issue when using s2u2 because it overrides the units primary power management application and also other apps has been known to do this...

Try this...
1. Look over everything installed and see if any of them have a setting to control or lock device.
2. Disable all power management settings and see if usit stays awake all the time (If so then that isolates it to software not phone)
3. After tring this with no luck then I agree a hard reset and installation of apps one at a time until identified.
