I get that same screen, only its whenever I turn the phone off and back on. But it goes away pretty quick. I didn't get it until I told Verizon I did not want this for work, so remove me from the 'work email pusher' data plan, just leave me on the cheapy. Its no big deal, since I rarely turn the phone off.
