heres what i got so far basically all you need to run smooth is
net2.5
d harvey
dont use manila sms maybe keith can figure this as he is familiar with sub tabs
conflipper 2weather cabs
try and keep main memory over 70mb
when under 70 home screen weather lags
also disable as much as you can in startu
p

update theres 2 operas and 2 explorers make sure you use the original one
the one that comes with 2.5 freezes up requires battery pullout reset
also noticed when getting near 70 mb of main memory you get a boot error just hit end and it will still boot but takes longer
2.5 requires alot of ram wonder if there a way to compress this

i just about have this i believe,lol...in start up menu i see two "settings"...one is the factory and the other is from the 2.5 i installed...do i need to mess with any of those, or just leave it how it is? and i installed "clean ram"...will that free up enough memory?

also, when i reboot my phone, or reset, message comes up saying unable to reboot, that i did not shut it off properly, gives me options for restoring to factory, or press any key to continue, i have continued so far...any suggestions?

leave the settings and for other question no but you can go into windows/startup folders and delete all vz shit get maybe 19 mb back also main memory/programs delete all the vz folders

maybe also try uninstalling program cabs that don't need to be on device memory and install them on your SD card.
