jsmart..... where did you get the color tweaks that are compatible with sense 2.5? i got the mega cab from tcruz but i read that its not compatible with 2,5.....

Are you referring to the picture on the first post? If so, that is just stock Sense 2.5 with a modded taskbar. Maxtcee has started a thread for 2.5 mods, you can find it HERE.

Will that fix the original YouTube shipped with Verizon's ROM? I have a flashed Imagio to metroPCS and had to install the version I uploaded.

AND it is a 1-time only install, uninstaller DOES NOT work and you CAN NOT reinstall, so before installing make sure you close running YouTube. You can always use SKTools to reinstall or to uninstall but that's for the Advanced user.

it didnt work n i had to hard reset bcus when i soft reset a msg pop in the screen that the device was damegd

I'm not sure what caused your device to require a hard reset, but I can guarantee that it wasn't that cab. This cab only changes one youtube setting. I confirmed that it does in fact work. I just finished watching a video on youtube and I have audio.

First post updated with a new version of 2.5 2012. This time it has been CFC compressed, so it is smaller and runs faster. All the fixes are included, the messaging has a "band-aid" on it for now (uses WM instead of HTC and it is much faster). Now there is only three cabs to install! Please give feedback.


-Steps for Sense 2.5 2012 Installation (INSTALL ALL TO DEVICE MEMORY):
1. Install .net 3.5
2. Install SDKCerts
3. Disable Auto Phone Shutoff:
-If on battery power: Settings\System\Power\Advanced and uncheck Turn off device if not used for
-If on external power: Settings\System\Power\Advanced and uncheck Turn off device if not used for
4. Disable TF3D 2.0 (Go to Start/Settings/Today/Items and uncheck HTC Sense or TF3D)
5. Soft Reset

6. Install Sense 2.5 2012 CFC (CFC Compressed and includes all fixes. Once settled in, it runs very well! It also includes some new tabs and many tweaks/goodies! Plus, the multimedia key is now mapped to rotate the screen)
7. Soft Reset

8. Once everything is loaded and stable:
Enable Auto Phone Shutoff:
-If on battery power: Settings\System\Power\Advanced and check Turn off device if not used for

Yes, this works really well had used all of the sense 2.5 builds b4 this one and so far this one is the best yet. Even has the fix for the youtube audio. Thanks Jmart518 and everyone else for all your hard work.

BTW does anyone have a problem with their my location weather mines has a D as the city, it has the correct weather info but when I add my city as a extra location it comes out rite? This is happening on the rom 3.04 upgrade not on sense 2.5 had that problem b4 I installed sense but after I upgraded to 3.04. And yes it does auto update and I did agree to use the google locate and did quick GPS.

Also my music player is not working. Everything looks rite but when I press play nothing happens, gonna do a soft reset and see if that solves anything.

Thanks alot. I just discovered that the megacab from Tcruz works perfectly fine. Thank you for the quick responce
