Hard reset did not work either. This has me so damn pissed off i officially give up....

Delete everything thing android wise you have put on your sd card. leave the default.txt alone, open it delete all information in the txt and copy from startup and past to default.txt then save and exit. Now copy everything to the root of your storage card.
IT WILL BOOT IN GERMAN. Press the language button next to the emergency button and find US english.
