You might just need a different SD card

I know I had that problem with Android on my Mogul.

Do everything the Original Poster said and it will work. Promise!

Delete the DEFAULT.txt file and replace it with the STARTUP.txt file provided by the original poster.

Start the haret.exe program and it will immediately boot into linux and start the magic. The initial run took several minutes and initially it looks like it's locked up. I think if you have a lot of other stuff on your MicroSD card the process takes longer. As i watched it, I noticed it was processing all of my music and pic files.

Anyone have an explanation as to why I can make and receive calls technically but I can't actually talk or hear anything?

I did this and let my phone sit for 30 minutes nothing ever happened. Im told that i should see the android logo on the screen when it is loading and not the text that it is displaying

this is all im getting.... period

kind of dumb question but what do you mean by install on "root" of SD CARD. Does that just mean not in a folder.

Not all of the hardware is supported yet(they don't have the drivers installed ). So that is why the buttons are strange and other pieces or hardware don't work like your earpiece and microphone. the good news is that some sort of radios are working because we can place a call.
