Start the haret.exe program and it will immediately boot into linux and start the magic. The initial run took several minutes and initially it looks like it's locked up. I think if you have a lot of other stuff on your MicroSD card the process takes longer. As i watched it, I noticed it was processing all of my music and pic files.

I did this and let my phone sit for 30 minutes nothing ever happened. Im told that i should see the android logo on the screen when it is loading and not the text that it is displaying
this is all im getting.... period
