Re: SPB Mobile shell 3.5

Hey guys - I just went from 3.5.0 to 3.5.2, and just noticed, it makes the WM Quick Menu disappear. Anyone else?

Re: SPB Mobile shell 3.5

Probably installed something else that made it disappear. I haven't installed any version and it disappears occasionally.

Re: SPB Mobile shell 3.5

Just "launcher" and then the top left icon is "programs", hit that.

Nope, it's definitely Mobile Shell. Found out from SPB that their new version has conflicts w/ WM 6.5 - below is my email w/ tech support:

Thank you for your message and interest in SPB Software.

We changed the architecture of SPB Mobile Shell, due to Windows Mobile 6.5 release. The previous version of SPB Mobile Shell had some incompatibility problems with Windows Mobile 6.5 devices. Unfortunately, we had not to include the Task Manager.

Anyone have any alternate ideas that would show me the running programs and ram usage? I may just reinstall 3.5.0 - didn't have a problem there.

Re: SPB Mobile shell 3.5

Still on the fence on this one -- although w/the discount I'll probably pull the trigger. I wish there was some form of SPB Diary integration - great concept.

Re: SPB Mobile shell 3.5

I made the jump. I'm not an advanced user (regedits etc) so I don't flash ROM's and the like. I am savvy enough to create a home screen that suits my needs. TF3D IMHO is a beautiful but I must say my phone is faster and more stable with this since making the plunge a couple days ago.

I like the HTC weather tab, but other than that I don't really miss anything. In fact, I was on a roadtrip today and will be heading to Chicago this weekend, and I just kicked in TF3D for a couple minutes to check out local weather.

RAM usage with SPB runs about 66% for me.
