sigh... I understand the need to save few bucks but we have to resort to things like this?
It started as an good advise for some business owners and people who "can" qualify for the discount.
I'm all for saving money as long as it's LEGAL, I mean system error? I will take that because it's their fault, not mine.. coupons? any time..

this is practically stealing asking how to get around their email verification, how to get corporate email accounts etc. No offense to anyone but Sprint is bleeding because people anal raping the system. I would really hate to move to Verizon because sprint runs out of business... (Maybe I'm the only one?)

Call them up, in your email you've been sent with your confirmation info, theres a 1800 #, use your ticket # and say hey, whats the story, got the ball rolling on my first order that day, have recievied 2 additional heros for the fam, but I learned my lesson... call them, its almost instant, well next day they ship anyways.. but beats waiting for 2 weeks

Now, during the course of conversation i give them...

1) the firstname.lastname at accenture and
2) HIERARCHY CODE.-- NAAND_ZZZ_CRI
3) anything else??

try to skip step 1 and tell them you have the hierarchy code.


i placed my order on 12/30 and just got the order processed will receive phone in 1to2 days this morning... takes just about a week to process.

ok guys, just called and told the rep i wanted to speed things up since my blackberry is on the fritz... thus the upgrade
i informed him of the hierarchy code/ said already had that in their system. said noticed u gave your home email address during submission, and that per mgmt they had to collect accenture email address in which i did the firstname.last name at accenture
I asked what next step was and he said since upgrade should be pretty quick AFTER confirmation of email address...
So, guess i will nervously sit/wait

Want to tell everyone on this thread/thanks for your help and hope to post a successful conclusion. really want the hero bad, especially after reading today it is first in line for the 2.1 update from google.
