ok guys, just called and told the rep i wanted to speed things up since my blackberry is on the fritz... thus the upgrade
i informed him of the hierarchy code/ said already had that in their system. said noticed u gave your home email address during submission, and that per mgmt they had to collect accenture email address in which i did the firstname.last name at accenture
I asked what next step was and he said since upgrade should be pretty quick AFTER confirmation of email address...
So, guess i will nervously sit/wait

Want to tell everyone on this thread/thanks for your help and hope to post a successful conclusion. really want the hero bad, especially after reading today it is first in line for the 2.1 update from google.
