i updated my phone and i'm using the stock messaging. but for some reason, when i send and receive a message, the received message shows that it was send 1 minute before the message i sent to that person. and it shows above the message that i sent. anyone having the same problem?

so if i send a message to my friend at 10:23AM
he will reply and the message will show above the message i sent and the time shows 10:22AM.

mine shows mms sent at 3:50pm as they came in at 10:30 am. i have to look through the messages to find them

His time on his phone is wrong then. The time stamp comes from his phone.

Probably an incorrect time stamp from the sender or you got it late.

nope. i just sent myself a message and it did the same thing...

i sent a message on 6:22pm

and got a message on 6:21pm...

Haha that sucks! This is with Handcent?

I decided to try handcent again, I know it lags though. Trying without Pop-up on to see if its better.

I used to get this all the time on my touch pro.. I think its more of a network thing but im not positive, its just a guess since I know a few others that have has this happen to them.
