Stock RUU is the stock rom... It is here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=90863

I would recommend you not go that route, and just restore nandroid, and flash .4 Fresh Rom. It is a sweet rom and if you want Sprint apps back he has linked them also.

OTA is the firmware update Sprint pushed yesterday.

Yep. haha

Place the Fresh .04 zip on sd card power down.... then End and Home button when you power up ...... Nandroid back up/ ....Wipe Factory Restore/factory Reset.... Apply sdcard:choose Zip choose the Fresh .04 zip reboot and your there

Also Godzson had a great find its a Reboot Manager . You can access all your needs without power down then powering up . its right from the app menu

If I wanted to just run the stock rom, I can just restore and update, right?

I restored and downloaded the update. The phone rebooted and I got an error.

Forgive me, lol. I downloaded the stock RUU, now what? Do I connect the phone to my pc, run CMD and put the stock RUU on the sdcard. I know you walked me through the root and custom rom, but I still feel lost. If you just give directions on here, I'll give it another shot.
