plug the phone to USB then open the RUU and it should walk you right through its really easy

Ok, I ran the RUU exe file, it loaded the install shield, now I see nothing on the screen. The program is in the task bar on the bottom of the screen, but when I click it to view the progress nothing happens. Is the phone supposed to be mounted or no?

No it shouldnt be mounted it should auto connect once you run the RUU you dont have to be in the bootloader screen or anything as well

I edited my last post. Basically the RUU exe file loads the install shield, then nothing happens. I can see that its still open but I get nothing.

Phone . also make sure the usb plug is all the way in. I have ran into stuff like that to find i nudged the cord a little
