Re: HERO/sero: bunch of BS!
I hate to say it but... because Sprint says so. They are phasing out the old SERO plans and can do whatever they want. I also came from a SERO plan. But if you are on their network you have to play by their rules. Or you could switch to Verizon or ATT and pay even more.

Re: HERO/sero: bunch of BS!
Actually the SERO plans wee a gift through therte times of struggle. Now sprint has posted some gains. It could get worst as they are laying off 2,000 - 5,000 employees but this year

Re: HERO/sero: bunch of BS!
Yeah, bottom line is because they can. They're shifting people off of SERO thats really all there is to it. I was sad at first but as it has beens stated you just gotta be happy for what you had and what you were able to save. I got over it and upgraded, still much cheaper than other carriers and Sprint was more than willing to offer the new SERO whatever its called I cant remember the name right now which is still a great deal.
At the end of the day if you want the new phones you will have to switch eventually. I expect WinMo 7 to be the same ordeal.

Re: HERO/sero: bunch of BS!
Good job on getting that plan. Its a good one. Did they include any mobile to mobile. I have that and everyone I call basically has a cell phone so my minutes have decreased by about half now.

Re: HERO/sero: bunch of BS!
Just like a few others, I was on there 500 plan but when I upgraded to the hero I had to be switched to the everything plus plan for $59.99 but I now have the anymobile feature and sprint telenav ..... the any mobile feature was almost worth the switch its self everyone I talk to has cell phones.... so in my eyes it might as well be an imo everything for sixty bucks lol
If you want the phone you'll switch otherwise please stop complaining K thanx bye
