Re: App count before its starts to slow down noticeably
Menory allocation works completely differently on linux, so you could literally have 100% of you app storage space filled and not notice a difference. I have like 35 apps and see no issue.

Wow very impressive. Yea you cant do that with the diamond. It would show a noticeable slow down after a few large apps. Im ready to get the Hero I just need to sell my diamond now.

Re: App count before its starts to slow down noticeably
Thats a good idea. On the Sprint website they will give me 70 for it. I just saw on ebay one sold for 150 plus CDMA so im gonna try ebay first and see what I can get. I have two batteries and also a jawbone bluetooth willing to throw in with it too for 150

I want to add to this. It seems that after having 110ish apps, including stock ones, in the programs list, even if installed on storage card it will just break the phone. By break I mean it becomes useless after a soft reset. It force closes the Google apps and the phone so no service. This is a big problem! It doesn't matter size or type, only number trust me I tried all scenarios and for sure its the number! So goodbye metal detector and yellowpages, because I need a working phone. Can someone test this? Maybe its my phone?

Re: App count before its starts to slow down noticeably
Wow thats alot of apps. There are so many out there is hard to choose. I was on Androlib and there are a ton. I think I read on here somewhere on this site that if you download an app there is no way to know if it updates?
