It has a multi touch display, just doesn't have native software support. Neither does any "with google" and the HTC has a hacked version because of Sense UI.

Re: real diffrence between hero and moment?

http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=pdacomp...=2063&id2=2005

Differences I hadn't noticed..

Display Color Depth: 24 bit/pixel (16777216 scales) 16 bit/pixel (65536 scales)

Display Resolution: 360 x 640 320 x 480

Differences I did notice..

Loudspeaker: stereo mono

Analog Radio: FM radio w/RDS radio reciever none

Moment also has separate processors for the OS and Phone, not detailed on that site. The keypad also allows control in emulator games.

...those are some compelling differences that make the decision a bit harder. Although the smaller RAM in the Moment has me concerned (256 vs 288, unless it was a typo).

Re: real diffrence between hero and moment?

The real difference surely is this:

Hero = not ugly, lacks a physical keyboard

Moment = UGLY but to make up for it has a keyboard

Lmao ^^^^Additionally the Hero just feels much better/ more comfortable in my hand. Idk what it is but the Hero has excellent build quality. The Moment felt wide and brick- like

Re: real diffrence between hero and moment?

I was fooling around with the moment the other day. If I would have had a chance to play with both phones before I bought the hero I would have still made the same choice. The Samsung doesn't have a good in-hand feel to me at all, and just felt cheaply built. Also the keyboard had a button configuration that I didn't like. The hero has a nice feel. Do miss a dedicated keyboard but even with my big fingers I can easy type on-screen. There was nothing on the moment that even made me consider changing for a second. Just my $.02
