...those are some compelling differences that make the decision a bit harder. Although the smaller RAM in the Moment has me concerned (256 vs 288, unless it was a typo). |

Re: real diffrence between hero and moment?
The real difference surely is this:
Hero = not ugly, lacks a physical keyboard Moment = UGLY but to make up for it has a keyboard |

Re: real diffrence between hero and moment?
Lmao ^^^^Additionally the Hero just feels much better/ more comfortable in my hand. Idk what it is but the Hero has excellent build quality. The Moment felt wide and brick- like

Re: real diffrence between hero and moment?
I was fooling around with the moment the other day. If I would have had a chance to play with both phones before I bought the hero I would have still made the same choice. The Samsung doesn't have a good in-hand feel to me at all, and just felt cheaply built. Also the keyboard had a button configuration that I didn't like. The hero has a nice feel. Do miss a dedicated keyboard but even with my big fingers I can easy type on-screen. There was nothing on the moment that even made me consider changing for a second. Just my $.02
