Folder structure for photo albums

Howdy folks,

This one is driving me crazy. What is the folder structure supposed to look like on the SD Card in order to separate photos into albums for viewing on the device? I have them all separated, however, when using the "Albums" program, it lumps all 735 photos into 1 album.

Please help.
