I have seen two apps in the Marketplace. One called PicMe and the other called ShootMe which should work. ShootMe maybe easier to setup because you don't have to use a PC to get the picture. With PicMe they say it works bette using WiFi.

Depending on your wallpaper the center will change from black to white on this clock... Give it a try...

Interesting, and I am pretty dead set on my background, but will try it none the less.

Edit: The center changes from white to black depending on the time of day, coinciding with daylight. Cool stuff.
