You can also put Root Manager on the phone, you can soft reset,wipe data, remove system apps among other stuff. AWESOME app.

i cant do a recovery backup... i keep getting errors "backup failed: Could not run command" when i press backup recovery image.... i got a good .7 rom, but i would like to back it up.. what should i do?

how do you move games and such from your phone to your SD card so it's not killing your internal memory? and i'm rooted if that helps...

Use Apps2SD2 to put apps on the sd card.

Im a new user to the Sprint Hero and i want my phone to be hooked up, but like i said im new and not to sure what these steps meant: What does rooting the phone do? pro's vs. con's , what is the flash recovery primary use for? and what is fresh's rom, and how may i benefit from it?. If your able to respond back to me in a timely manner i would very much appreciate it, im due to get my phone on the 11th of this month and i want be ahead of the clan

Rooting the phone is unlocking it.

It opens the phone up so you can take screenshots or tether wirelessly.

Fresh's rom is the best available. It has many customizations that make the phone faster.

You have to flash the recovery to be able to put new roms on the phone.

Do I not normally respond fast enough? This is all available by a search around the forums. I assure yout that looking through the forums, even though they can be large will make your Hero experience better and allow you to be ahead of the "clan". Athlet1c may take offense to that, hahaha jk athlet1c, I got your back dude.
