Could you flash ROMs on an Adroid phone? (Hero)

Well the CDMA Hero isn't even a week old yet. I'm pretty sure no PPC on Sprint was able to be flashed in the first week. As far as stability I've only restarted my device twice since Friday. Once on the first day because my battery died and another time because I installed a new SMS app. If this was WM I would have restarted bare minimum 20 times on the first day. As far as the 'celebrity chefs' from this site cooking that is up to them to learn a completely new OS and File system. I'm sure The Hero will spawn it's own celebrity chefs.
