If I remember correctly, my Diamond just needed a Data Plan, but it has been awhile.

Mine didn't require anything special, but I have heard people are having trouble getting the Touch Pro 2 on SERO plans. Maybe I misread.

Well this phone isn't a Sprint Exclusive phone anymore. Don't see why they would make an Everything Plan a requirement now.

Re: Sprint HTC Hero Hands-On First Look Video & Review.

The Hero will most likely be able to be activated on a plan with data, imo.
I'm sticking with WinMo anyway.

Smile Re: Sprint HTC Hero Hands-On First Look Video & Review.

I just left the "Sprint Store" and the district manager happened to be there. 100% without a doubt, the HTC Hero will be out Sun Oct. 11th.=D> I just hope he doesn't make me look like an *** lol. Also, can anyone give me the pros and cons of android vs windows, I am getting a Touch Pro2 and wanted to know how it differs from the Hero (I know nothing about android). Last but not least. Today, Sprint announced the anyone with a Touch pro can exchange it. Sprint noticed the there was a extra high exchange rate on tp's so they're letting people choose from either a; SNAP, TOUR, CURVE, TREO PRO, or...... yep a Touch Pro2. Hope any of this was helpful, and if anyone can answer my questions thank you in advance.

So anyone with a Touch Pro can exchange it for a Touch Pro 2? Do you have any information listed on a website about this? Do you have to have any problems? Do they charge anything?

Thanks

I actually heard about this 2 days ago. Girl I know went to the Sprint Store and they told her that if she brought her TP into the store today, 10/8/2009 they would exchange her TP for a TP2 if it wasn't working correctly.
