HDMI out is cool but the HD isn't running any smartphone software so I think that's what killed interest around these parts

and for fixxxer and jerseypimp, I wasn't given an exact date but an HTC product rep told me October so I'd bank on that, hopefully the 6th

we shall see, im not totally sold on android yet, im back & forth right now. it's either hero or the pre for me.

webos is pretty sweet software, could use nicer hardware. what i've been wishing is WebOS on the TP2 hardware. i jumped from the TP to the Pre and I really like it with a couple of complaints but a lot of its being addressed through Homebrew. I'd like to get the TP but my upgrade that's coming will probably go to the Hero and i'll jump back and forth.

yeah its kinda sad, it actually has a lot of potential but microsoft just needs to step up and get it done and knock it off with this .1 and .5 garbage. Windows Phone (WinMo 7) better be pretty awesome

Sprint is def getting it in Oct and I just found out today that I'll be the advocate for my store. So this will DEF be my new phone. Free Hero!

i'm interested in the hero also and it woud be my first android device. I hear it will be able to sync with outlook. Is this confirmed, anybody know, and right out of the box without some sort of third party app?
