The best advice, specifically for the tutorial posted in this thread, is to follow ALL the directions EXACTLY. DO NOT question why. DO NOT do anything differently. do EXACTLY WHAT THE TUT SAYS. EVERYTHING. Unless you achieve a level of understanding that is obviously eluding you right now,it doesn't matter why you are doing things. Be content that it works.

everytime i try to restart my phone in recovery it always shows a triangle with the phone next to it. I have did everything exactly the way you said and from the videos that were posted on how to do it. But no matter what i do it always goes to that screen when i try to put in recovery. Is it the phone or something im doing wrong?
