root it and get fresh rom 2.1 mms problem solved.

Not a rom issue. Hard reset is the only fix, and that'll be temporary. It'll happen again.

it is a rom issue because with fresh rom 2.1 i never get those problems

I was on stock rom and never had an issue... sent 1-2 pictures a day sometimes even more.

Currently am on Fresh and still have not seen a problem.

Only time i've ever had issues with picture mail is when im connected to a WiFi spot.

When I had an HTC branded phone I had this issue with every rom I used including stock. Finally got phone replaced with a Google branded one. No problems since. Its not a rom issue .

I would say it's a ROM issue simply because on the factory Sprint ROM I would have to hard reset to get it to work again but it would only work for a few hours.

Since I've gone to a Fresh ROM I've not had one single issue with picture mail.

its a 1.5 issue not a 2.1 issue. just flash the latest fresh ROM 2.1 and the problem will be solved.

I had this happen to my twice since i got my Hero. Master Reset is the ONLY thing that helps

Flash to Fresh's ROM and never worry about it again.
