contacts i can proly save up but astro file man? if its just a file man what could that do? do you copy and paste something onto card? lol its mainly a high score on a game i wana save lol other apps i can re download

Well, you're probably going to lose that. That's saved in the programs cache, which will be no more if you wipe. Astro has an app backup feature built in. It's quite handy.
