Yeah Carla. I'm way ahead of you. My brother's going to activate it on his line and order a replacement ("lost") and he'll keep the old one to use for experiments. Then I'll sell the new one. There's not really anything wrong with it. I just broke the charging port. It charges, plus I have two batteries and a cradle charger. Hey folks. I just got hired to work for Sprint's tech support!

well...after messing around with the phone for a few hours last night, i have to say i love it. So much more i can do than winmo. not laggy, wont FREEZE. So far im quite happy with the decision i made.

i appreciate all the info from everyone.
