I'm Ready to Choke Somebody.... How to transfer contacts from PIM file to Hero...Help

Does anyone know how I can sync my contacts from my touch pro to the hero. Its my first experience with an android device and I have not been able to find an answer. This is frustrating as hell to me. Thanks in advance.
