So this is why my phone was hot. I did a wipe RUU install Fresh reinstall and observed.

9:30am was when mine did too, yesterday. Got rid of gps toggle, and something else. Changed the location settings later. Have not seen problems since right after I took that hot coal out of my pocket, and did the previous stated. weird.

you know I have noticed this too, my battery does not last at all, thecounty you mentioned de-fresh, I did run the de-fresh deal to remove the lock image and task bar icons, I had been running fresh for a while and I didnt notice it until a day or so after I defresh....
