I just called the sprint number with the code and did exactly what was said to do and everything went fine, they said that it would take up to 60 days for this to show up on my billing. They did ask if my current email that I use with them would be a good email. Told them yes cause it was my home email. Now my only question is when I go the website to order my phone do I use my home email now or do I use Firstname.lastname@accenture.com, if anyone could please answer that I would appreciate it thanks to all.

You can use whatever email you like after that, to my best understanding. You are already there.

when i did my order / put my home email address...
then when i called in (to speed the process up hopefully) to give hierarchy code the rep only asked for my accenture email address... said they already have hierarchy code in their system.

so i gave the rep the firstname.lastname at accenture
then the very next day when i went to log on to check my status i had to insert the accenture email address then i was good to go

Thats what I did. Took them about two weeks to finally receive my second email but i didnt qualify because my antsy *** couldnt wait any longer and just went to best buy and bought one. LOL
