Well, I am very sorry that I tried to help out.

I can't answer that question, but I would guess that you can do it all at once. From what I read most people have found it easier to call in and use the hierarchy code and upgrading to that first then upgrading.

I bought my hero for 179 at best buy on Dec, 25. If someone could help me after I return this hero n help me get one from this site for 29$ I will pay you 25$ ;D

It usually applies 1 to 2 billing cycles after you change the plan. the discount will be applied then. some have spoken of it applying right away

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to take the phone back and revert your plan back.

Yes I know but how hard is it or how long does it take? I can pay someone some money if you help me obtain that. hero for 29$
