Re: Sprint Premier customers

It a pretty good deal. im am eligible for the $150 after this past year in Jan. So now im thinking of getting the Hero and waiting a year so I get the $150 again just in case something bigger and better comes out. Just wish they would discount the phones some more for Premier. It is basically a 1yr deal to get you to upgrade and stay with them since most phones come out every year new.

I WISH this was true. I've been bragging to everyone that I can upgrade once a year, and Verizon people are like we can all upgrade once a year at two year price. I was like aw crap. Well nevermind then.

Re: Sprint Premier customers

I dont think it has it on the bills anymore. You either have to ask them. When I log near the bottom of my phone there is and SP logo and it says click for offers. I think if you have that then you are. They wouldnt tell me what level I was since the person online I was talking to seemed like it was taking for ever to get an answer.

It would be nice if they would allow you to sign one year contracts since the new phones come out about every year. And the discounts on the accessories who cares really. Ive been a loyal customer for over 12 years and I think there should be more than what they are doing.
That's not how it works. It's two years from the point of the upgrade, so if you are one year into your contract and then you upgrade it's two years from the date you upgraded. It's not added onto the remain year of your contract.

I just did a premier upgrade, my current contract was set to expire some time in April of 2010. My new contract expires
