Re: 2 questions from an iPhone 'convert'...

Another one in case none of the last few worked out.

http://www.trinketsoftware.com/NoCalls/

Features
  • Lots of options to fine tune exactly who can reach you. Accept or reject calls based on contact, phone number or categories (screenshot 1, screenshot 2).
  • Simple, touch-friendly user interface to organize and activate "profiles" that reflect your mood (screenshot 1, screenshot 2).
  • Rejected callers go directly to your voicemail within a split second after your phone rings.
  • All calls still show up in your Call History.
  • Fast, small and optimized for Windows Mobile using native C++ code. Does its job and gets out of your way quickly.

It is important to note here that Windows Mobile has thousand of apps...the problem is that they are not easy to find...(unless of course you know where to look for)

Exactly right, that's why it's important to help out iphone users etc who are used to easily finding whatever they need in the app store, assuming it exists.
