[solved]flashed 4.53.651.1 rooted rom

I flashed the newest rooted OTA stock ROM except for my evo keeps telling my there's a new OTA update available, and when I try doing the update i just get an error exclamation point with the android guy besides it, my software about says is on the latest 4.53.651.1

How do I make it go away?


Nevermind! I just had to cancel the update and it deleted the file that it downloaded.

Well there was an update to the Gingerbread rom that just came out recently that supposedly fixed a few issues that was wrong, I can't say for sure as I'm not running the stock rom or a rooted stock rom, but I would suggest you NOT accept it and just wait and someone will include those updates into a custom rom because if you run that update you might loose root and not be able to root again.

I think that's pretty much common knowledge at this point. I was just trying to figure out how to get it to go away(And I did)(And hence why I ran the Rooted Rom)
