Nevermind! I just had to cancel the update and it deleted the file that it downloaded.
Well there was an update to the Gingerbread rom that just came out recently that supposedly fixed a few issues that was wrong, I can't say for sure as I'm not running the stock rom or a rooted stock rom, but I would suggest you NOT accept it and just wait and someone will include those updates into a custom rom because if you run that update you might loose root and not be able to root again.
